Has the Promised Messiah broken the cross?

Killing of Dajjal

Abu Huraira  reported that Prophet Mohammad صلى الله عليه وسلم  said, "By the one whose hands my life is in, surely the Son of  Mary عليه السلام will descend amongst you as a just ruler. He will destroy the cross (this could mean that Jesus will put a final end to Christianity), kill the pig (meaning Jesus will outlaw raising pigs) and abolish the Jizya (this tax on Christians & Jews will be abolished because Christianity and Judaism will end.)."   (Sahih Bukhari)

By a far fetched interpretation of this hadith, AMJ concludes the following:

  1.         Dajjal is the belief in “trinity”
  2.         Dajjal will not be “killed” but its foundation will be weakened through intellectual debates
  3.        They fail to coherently explain how “swine” consumption will be stopped
  4.         They also fail to coherently explain how paying “Jizya” will be abolished

If the Promised Messiah has indeed weakened the power of trinity, the reality should depict similar results as shown in the graph below:

Hypothetical Graph:

But in reality, the graph is quite much the opposite:

The growth rate of Christianity has increased 3 times as much since the advent of the Promised Messiah.

This has been recorded as a record breaking growth rate in history.

Ahmadiyyah Counter Argument:

(Shifting their argument once again):

“It is the Jamaat that will ‘manifest’ the weakening of Dajjal”.

The excerpt below is from the Ahmadiyya source Al Fazl Publication. It shows that neither did the Promised Messiah vanquish or weaken the power growth of Christianity nor did its Jamaat. In fact, Christianity was rising in India even 40 years after the demise of the Promised Messiah:

Christianity continued to rise in the coming decades as well:

Summary of Graph:

  • 1.       The growth power of Christianity did not suffer at the least by the Promised Messiah’s advent but it only continued to grow even more powerfully over the years.

    2.       Christianity’s growing rate tripled after the Promised Messiah supposedly weakened it.

    3.       The growth ratio of Ahmadiyya has remained mostly stagnant with only slight gradual increases over the years.

    4.       In 135 years, Christianity stands at 2.2 billon.

    5.        In 135 years Ahmadiyya stands at a number which has not been established or backed up with evidence. A generous guess puts them at 15 to 20 millions in total.

Yet the rise of Mainstream Islam challenges the growth rate of Christianity:

The mainstream Islam has given the growth ratio of Christianity a huge blow.
There has been a sudden rise in the growth of Muslims, where the growth ratio of Muslims overtaken the growth ratio of Christianity. Albeit Christianity still remains the largest religion worldwide but Muslims have started growing at a faster rate than Christians. It is calculated based on this sharp rate of growth that Islam in the coming decades will overtake Christianity. Also, it can be seen that In the last 135 years, Mainstream Islam has also tripled in growth, and at a faster rate than any other religion.

Ahmadiyya Counter Argument:

“You are divided into too many sects, and each sect when broken down doesn’t alone outweigh the growth of Christianity”.

But then so is Christianity divided into a number of sects, did your Promised Messiah elaborate what “sect” he was going to weaken? No.  Instead, he identified “trinity” as the Dajjal, which is the core belief of every Christian. So in that case the core belief of every Muslim is God is one and Muhammad saw is the last of all prophets. These Muslims have outweighed Christianity; and therefore are the ones growing in a striking contrast to Ahmadis.

Sunnis also form a majority of the current Muslim population statistic, it is calculated to be approximately 85 to 90 percent of it.

Another amusing argument the Ahmadiyya Jamaat holds to their credit is that despite of “extreme” censorship it still continues to triumph (as if miraculously).

Pakistan is the only country to sanction the deviance of Ahmadiyya, but the rest of the world is still an open platform for the Ahmadiyya to preach as openly as possible! How much damage can a single country’s censorship cause anyway? Especially to those who boast about having their missionaries working in more than 200 countries worldwide.

This argument is obviously used to add weight to their bland hearsay that keeps ordinary Ahmadis hopeful and under the false impression of gaining success.

It is actually the Muslims who are facing world wide repression through mainstream and corporate media. Through the likes of ISIS the media has benefited in defaming the Muslims immensely. The media has only reported biased information around the world that has created a fury among the non Muslims against the propagation of Islam. But despite such efforts, Mainstream Islam continues to grow and flourish at a record breaking rate. In the last 10 years Muslims have grown in vast numbers! Indeed a record breaking growth that comes in the wake of various defamation attempts.
