Ahmadiyya Counter
Argument:
"If the Promised
Messiah and the Jamaat were false, why didn’t God vanquish it?"
This is another very common argument the Ahmadis give in support of their "truthfulness". But what they fail to understand is that if God really does vanquish all false claimants and their jamaats automatically then Muhammad saw would have never warned us of the fitna of false claimants. Surely, Allah would've destructed them without requiring the Muslims to shed any efforts. But the reality is, fitna is bound to spread, it is a means of testing the Muslims in terms of their imaan. Allah mentions in the Quran many times that he will test the believers in various way. There are numerous ahadith found to the effect that fitna will be endless and will engulf the state of Islam by huge proportions. There is no such thing as God destroying the false claimants within a certain period of time. There is enough evidence available to the bare eye to understand that this criteria is only self invented.
(please have a look at my other post which includes a list of all false claimants living well beyond the span of 23 years).
Another rebuttal to this argument is that if God indeed destroys the false claimants and its followers automatically, then why wouldn't God also destroy the billions of Muslims for rejecting a true prophet?

There are numerous examples found in the Quran where Allah readily destroyed the entire nations of former Prophets (except those of the true followers), who rejected them. In the case of Nuh a.s, Allah sent calamity so much that every single rejector was annihilated, yet not a single believer was taken down by the calamity.
Why don't you apply these well informed criteria present in the Quran to judge if we are the liars or not?
